Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 24 Hours of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). The customer bears the responsibility and cost for returns that are not a result of our error.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the USA and the rest of the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products and some destination, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

How do I submit the return?

 

There is a 15% restocking fee for ALL returns. 
Returns are typically processed in the form of a refund back to the original payment method and may take 3-5 business days to process.

*Please write "Return", your Name, Phone Number, and Order # on a paper inside the package. Customer is Accountable for return charges if the reason for return is not a result of our error (Incorrect, Defective or damaged).
3. Receive confirmation email.
If your return meets our requirements*, we will process your refund, and you will receive and email confirmation from us.
4. Racquets.
There is a 15% restocking fee for all racquet returns. If your racquet was custom strung by Pan Asian Sports, the cost of the string and installation fee will not be refunded.
5. Shuttlecocks.
There is a 15% restocking fee for all Shuttlecock returns. Opened, used, or damaged tubes of shuttlecocks cannot be returned. Pan Asian Sports reserves the right to refuse any return.
6. Shoes.
There is a 15% stocking fee for the return of any shoes. Must be unworn in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for return. Pan Asian Sports reserves the right to refuse any return.
7. Product Defect Claims.
Damage / Defective product claims must be made within 24 hours of date of delivery. Failure to contact us within 24 hours of delivery will result in DENIAL of damage / defect claim.
8. Terms & Conditions.
Please note that shipping fee is non-refundable for all orders.
Please note that there is a 3.5% order cancellation fee. This is used to reimburse credit card processing fee.
Any "unused" products may be returned, but may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, less shipping charges, within 30 days of the order completion date.
If your product is damaged, or have the tags removed, or fail to meet our standards for a new product return, the return request may be DENIED. Pan Asian Sports reserves the right to DENY return requests if the terms and conditions for RETURN are not met.
9. Custom String Service.
 Pan Asian Sports does NOT offer a warranty on string service/replacement. After the product has been received, the condition / performance of strings are the responsibility of the racket's owner / person received. Pan Asian Sports reserves the right to refuse replacement on any strings after customer delivery. If you purchased a racket with custom string service completed by Pan Asian Sports Badminton, in the case of return, you will not be refunded for the cost of the string and the service fee paid.
10. Can I return a customized order?
If racket was requested to be strung by Pan Asian Sports, it is considered a customized racket and is not eligible for return or exchange. If racket was ordered to unstrung but was strung by a third-party, the racket is considered used and not eligible for return. Rackets pre-strung from the manufacturer are eligible for return if the manufacturer packing is still intact with handle, accessories and strings must show no sign of wear and tear or usage. If an item is determined defective, it can be exchanged or returned for a replacement item or a refund. Please contact shipping carrier directly if there is an issue with tracking delays, damage packaging, or missing item. We are not responsible for damages or delays caused by shipping carriers. 11. Card Processing Fees
 Pan Asian Sports reserves the right to charge an additional 3.5% of the total order value in the case of refund.

 12. International Returns

 Customers outside the USA are responsible for providing return shipment for their products. Pan Asian Sports does not provide refunds for shipping fee. Pan Asian Sports does NOT take responsibility for return shipments on orders shipped outside the USA
